Our Mission

Moody Bible Institute–Michigan provides training for ministry, leadership and discipleship. We serve in this ministry to help you prepare to disciple, lead and minister to other believers in Christ Jesus, but most of all, to glorify God.

Our Purpose

Ministry:  The practical, biblical instruction that MBI–Michigan provides will enhance teaching, counseling and expository communication.  You will be able to gain biblical knowledge in specific areas of ministry and concurrently apply that knowledge in controlled ministry environments to increase your confidence as you prepare to serve others.

Leadership:  MBI–Michigan equips believers for leadership roles in the Church, home and community.  MBI–Michigan offers training for pastors, teachers, missionaries and Christian workers through solid biblical instruction.  You will learn the principles and tools needed to accurately interpret scriptures and confidently share the word of God, as well as model Christianity for others.

Discipleship:  Through the studies offered by MBI–Michigan, you will be equipped to confidently mentor other believers in the faith.  Your introduction to the significant people, places and events of biblical times will be the bridge to 21st century application.  Your understanding will open and you will be equipped to share the relevancy of such topics to the day-to-day lives of believers.
