Research Help

Pathfinders
The MTS–Michigan Library has constructed several research tools designed to assist students in common areas of research. These pathfinders are essentially briefly annotated bibliographies of resources located in the MTS–Michigan Library in specific research areas. If you do not see a pathfinder in the area you are researching, please request assistance. A pathfinder can be constructed, when needed.

Each of these pathfinders is designed to introduce the student to resources in a particular field of study. The MTS–Michigan Library has a wealth of other resources. Please visit the library during open hours or contact the library staff for further assistance.

LibGuides
LibGuides, like Pathfinders, are a helpful research tool designed to assist you, the student, in various areas of research. The LibGuides are developed by both Chicago and Michigan Library staff and include resources available in both the Crowell (Chicago) and MTS-MI Libraries. Often these resources are available on both campuses or may be requested by emailing or speaking with Micah Jelinek, the Branch Librarian.
